1. Product Information

All bags are manufactured as per the specifications provided and approved by the buyer.
Minor variations in color, size, and texture may occur due to the natural properties of jute and cotton fabrics.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted in INR/USD (or applicable currency) and are subject to change based on raw material costs and order quantities.
Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, packaging, and freight unless stated otherwise.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

MOQ applies as per product type. Custom orders may require higher MOQs depending on design and printing.

4. Sample Policy

Samples can be provided upon request. Charges may apply depending on the type of sample and destination.
Sample lead time: 5–7 working days.

5. Production Lead Time

Standard production time is 15–25 days from the date of advance payment and final sample approval.
Urgent orders may be accommodated based on production schedule and availability.

6. Payment Terms

50% advance at the time of order confirmation. Balance 50% before dispatch.
For export orders: LC or TT as mutually agreed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery terms are ex-works/freight on actuals unless otherwise agreed.
Any delay in delivery due to force majeure, raw material shortages, or third-party logistics is not the responsibility of Vadalo Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

8. Quality & Claims

Goods should be inspected upon receipt. Any claims for damages or shortages must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Returns or replacements are subject to review and approval.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and trademarks shared by the client remain their property. We do not reproduce or share designs without written consent.

10. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [City, State], India.

At Vadalo Ventures Pvt. Ltd., we strive to deliver high-quality jute and cotton bags that meet our clients’ expectations. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to ensure transparency and trust in our business transactions.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
Custom-made or personalized orders are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
All return requests must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

2. Conditions for Return

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Proof of purchase (invoice) and photographic evidence of the issue must be provided.
Any tampering, misuse, or damage caused during usage will void eligibility.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original method of payment or as mutually agreed.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are borne by the buyer unless the fault is on our end.

4. Replacement Policy

In case of approved defects or wrong deliveries, we will offer a free replacement or rectify the issue as per agreement.
Replacements will be dispatched within the normal production lead time, depending on stock availability.

5. International Orders

Due to customs and shipping complexities, returns for international orders are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds for international buyers will exclude customs duties, taxes, or international shipping fees.
